Having burnt the back of my throat in a freak homemade curry accident, I wasn't really in the mood for a ramen adventure this time around. But I got the call, and that was all it took. On the way to a private English lesson in Kichijoji, I made a stop for an hour in Ebisu.

A couple minutes from Ebisu station, this shop gets pretty busy during lunch. This wasn't lunchtime. It wasn't busy.

But it was good.

I went with the medium size spicy tsukemen (this is a tsukemen place by the way). Go for the large, you can do it. And don't worry, the spicy isn't really spicy.

It's your standard tsukemen. A little oilier and fishier than some.

Noodles galore.
